re Akashic

hi all can , can anyone help? has anyone heard of the Akashic records? i have seen this written and am not quite sure what they are? i think they are related to meditation? but am not sure. any explinations that anyone can give would be great thanks. many blessings . macus

From my understanding kind of like a huge library that's filled with all knowledge of everything and of your soul and who you are. Ive only been twice and it takes the ability to Ep which is go into the ethereal planes. And to Ep you got to be able to mediate and astral plane rather well. So yes it's a mediation thing but to go anywhere on the planes you gotta mediate.
