Time is a concept of the physical body, a product of our mind and senses.
It is perspective granted by the degradation of the flesh and the passing of the seasons. In essence the energy that makes up reality Cannot be destroyed, only changed. Therefor, regardless of how much "time" passes the fundamentals of existance are the same.
Intense meditation can allow one to spiritually view past events, present events and occasionally future events. We cannot travel to effect the events because its mathmaticly impossible. Silly little child, time is not to be trifles with in this plane. To screw with history has a great effect on us, like if the twin towers did not fall our country would keep spreading apart losing the glue of loss that it would have had from true tragedy and begin another civil war. Time doesn't really exist. It is a man made theory based off of our planet. Altering the past could do terrible things if you succeeded. Haven't you ever seen the movie butterfly effect? I love that movie because it truly portrays the amazing importance just one choice in our life can make.
Don't focus on the past. Live in the present and plan for the future. People die because it is nature to die. Let it be. Trust me, the other world is 100 times better than this one. They're the lucky ones, we are the ones trapped in these bodies cursed to live up to 100 years restricted from our true potentials. I don't fear death, when it comes, I will accept it.
