Not everyone is meant to see ghost I myself am lucky to have been born to a family of people that can see ghost and I have learned from them that the ghost can choose to reveal itself to others if they choose to do so.

I would prefer Yourichi's secret technique.. in the real world however that can translated to perfecting spirit control.. gotta love Soul Society, :P
