Non verbal spells?

Can you cast spells non verbaly i mean you cant just yell them out in the street.

I would say this depends on how magickally powerful you are, if you are weak, I highly doubt the spells would work. If you are strong though, they will most likely, just with less power than if you were to say them out loud.

yeahs there are visualisation spells, candle spells,herbal some of those are not verbal. :)

Im just a newbee i doubt i can do it yet
