Animal totems

Animal totems are a highly important contribution to my work.
they help guide us in a way no one else can they are close to your heart and soul.

my totem is the owl.
he helps me in making potions,spells and preforming rituals.
the relationship i have with my animal guide is great i cant imagine life without it i think its important that everyone has a spirit animal.


before going to bed recite this spell...

gaurdians of the dream world, i call you to my side

Did you know you have 9 animals in your totem and you can do a card reading and find out what they all are? I know the owl would be there for you. It's wonderful to know about your guides. I think you are quite the old soul for such a young man!

When I did my totem reading I was nervous that my favorite animals would not appear. I tend to dream about whales more than any other animal and when the Whale card was flipped over - I cried! *haha* It was so beautiful! But my whole totem resonated with me and they help me all the time. The owl is one of my animals as well.

The best deck of animal cards I have ever seen are the 'Medicine Cards' by Jamie Sams and David Carson. I know you would love these cards!

My totems are primarily the bald eagle and secondary a jaguar, i dont really get to talk to the jaguar much.

a spell isnt necessarily needed to find your totem...you can just go looking for him/her...that is how i found mine ^-^ and they can also be unrealistic looking animals...like he is between a normal color and a rare color of what his species is but i have yet to see any other look like him and yes i did search the net looking at pictures

to do the other way you can do an in depth visualization where you walk through a forest following a path wash yourself off in a stream come to a clearing sit and ask your totem to come to you this can be done for multiple totems as well and you can ask each one to come to you

this method was told to me by a shaman and i was also told that if you arent ready for them to come to you they wont show no matter what you say or do

another way that goes along with them coming to you in dreams you can simply ask them to come to you and reveal themselves

they can also choose to reveal themselves to you while you arent looking for them

while going through the visualization or even when meditating you can use this song
