magic building spell

i think a magic skill building spell, would be a good spell suggestion, you would be casting and gaining experiance and get more magic skill then you'd normally would when casting an other type of spell. it'd also be good for beginners so, if anyone has one would you please post it?

I'm pretty sure REAL magick does not work in the same ways as ones in games, such as Runescape.
