Majority of wish spells are quite simple and ancient since they did not change a loy since even Middle age .

You can catch a falling leaf and say a chant , wish what You want and keep leaf till it fulfils .

You can toss a coin into wishing well and sprikle some catnip . Say Your words of power and ther You go.

Write Your wish with dragon blood on Laurel leaf at new Moon , place it in bag , sachet or bowl with dryed lavander and on the night of the Full Moon burn the leaf.

But before all ( and no offence ) Learn Your basics , before You ask for ( paraphraseing ) Real spells that work. Magick is not just a collection of formulas it is a Path ok knowledge and revrance.

If you believe in the sky that they can deliver your message, if you believe that anything could happen if it is a simple request, any wish can happen if you believe and make your wish a simple one...

Dont wish for a boyfriend or a girlfriend, Money, Power, A Sports Car.... Only the gifts of wisdom and small matters shall be Granted... Also if it is to save a LIFE...

Don't forget the birthday candle wish.

Or the wishing on a poofy dandelion, or fallen eyelash before blowing them away.

You can also write your wish(es) on a slim strip of paper and fold it into a star. You can hang it from a tree, bush, windchime, whatever and ask a certain deity (or creature, being, whatever you believe in) reads it and helps you.

Link to "lucky star origami" (just keep folding the paper, however long it is):

And then there is the beloved:

Star light, star bright
First star I see tonight.
I wish I may,
I wish I might,
Have this wish
I wish tonight.
