Energy work: using the currents and flows of psychic energy (aka chi, ki, prana) to accomplish your goals. Some examples include healing with Reiki, casting sacred space, putting energy into a talisman, etc

Heat energy from friction

reccomend working with a partner if you can. If that's not an option, you need to find a way to familiarize yourself with the way that you sense energy.

Try rubbing your palms togther for a few seconds to sensitize them. Now, place them a few inches apart and you should feel one of several things: heat, cold, pinpricks, or pressure. This is how you sense energy and you should be able to feel the energy moving between your hands.

The next step would be to make a ball of this energy between your hands. Sense how it feels and you move your hands farther apart and bring them closer togther. Do you ''drop'' it, or does it get bigger or smaller?

With a partner, you have a few more options. You can play with energy balls or do what I call give and take. One person tries to send energy and the other tries to take it. Once you get used to that, close your eyes and try to guess what the other person is doing, either giving or sending.

Kim: One of my favs is using crystals to balance one's chakras. You find seven stones that match the colors of the chakras (so the Third Eye might be amyethyst, and the Sacral could be carnelian). The easiest method is to place them on all the chakras, starting at the base chakra and working your way up. The crystals should stay on for at least five minutes. Go with what you think is best however, as the stones may do their work quickly or slowly

umm.......thats all I know -_-;

The energy body is a complex structure. In many ways it can be likened to a subtle energy reflection of the physical body, composed of highly structured etheric matter. Etheric matter is not scientifically recognized but, metaphysically speaking, this is the binding substance that exists in-between matter and non-matter, the substance that binds physical with nonphysical.
The energy body contains several interdependent energetic circuits. I have defined these logically, through experimentation, observation and reasoning. My terminology, definitions and descriptions here provide a good rule-of-thumb way to understand and deal with the nature and processes of the human energy body, without being overly technical or mysteriously
