simple healing spell

I am looking for a simple healing spell, to assist someone in getting better. He has numerous problems with his lungs.

Qi gong and tai chi help alot with bodily ailments. If your friend doesn't mind the fact that you posses paranormal abilities, do this for him:

1.Ground youself in front of your friend by bending your knees slightly and leaning back about 5-10 degrees.

2. Gather chi in your hands (look up online for how to do it, very simple)

3. Place your hands about half an inch from the location of ailment and you should feel an inward pulling sensation if there is disease or sickness or an outward pushing sensation if there is physical trauma.

4. Move your hands around the afflicted area until you feel no more pushing or pulling sensations.

5. Your friend should feel better immediately, if not in a few days.

Talisman Distance Healing Spell.

To promote distance healing, charge stones with healing energy, then give them to the spell's target as a tailsman, choose any crystal that feels best to you, traditionally, Herkimer, diamonds, lodestones, moonstones, pearls, and quartz crystals are considered the most effective.

You could also collect some acorns, these are a sign of life.
Make sure you collect an odd number of them,place them in a red/green charm bag and give them to your friend to maintain good health.

Several crystals that can help with lung diseases:

rose quartz, sardonyx, aventurine, garnet, pearl, peridot.

You can also send distance Reiki to their Heart Chakra, as that is where the healing of lungs comes from. Picture pure, green light beaming from you to their heart chakra area (around the solar plexus). Here is a picture of the Chakra symbol and colour: http://anahatayoga.ca/heart_chakra_green.jpg

You can hold an aventurine or peridot while doing this to boost the energy.

Wood also contains power, some more than others.
Gather together, oak,thorn,rowan,create a fire with the woods.
When the fire is almost burned down and only charred bits remain, pick up one piece up at a time using metal tongues,drop them one by one into a bowl of cold water, envisioning your friends illness dispersing,and disappearing.
Do this for seven days in a row.

You could also blend equal parts of Florida water and Marie Laveau water , add a pinch of sea salt .
Place it under your friends bed to absorb the emanation of illness.
Replace this weekly, daily if need be in more intense situations.

My favorite "simple healing spell" that requires no ingredients nor experience is sincere, affirmative prayer to Whomever you pray to.

I agree with ldygry, but sometimes you just need a little extra umph!

I agree also with the term :)'The power of prayer' it's a powerful thing :)
