Do this outsides staring at clouds above:

This spell has power over the weather and works when it is needed. It makes well...Rain Fall!

Sooooooo last night I was looking for a spell to do and I did this! OMG about two hours after I did it there was a TON of thunder and it started to rain for a bit @ 2am..Pretty amazing!Ty for sharing!!
