Grades

my coven has a Grading system it is in place to tell members where they are working at, people get examined by council members and the leaders and will be given a grade and to be council you have to be recommended by another council member or acheive a certain grade =P does anyone think this is a good idea

It's a wonderful idea.... I'm going to steal it... sorry if that urks you but I looooooooove order and that sounds like a lot of order. yay!!

Well, that is very wonderful! It is an excellent idea. Grading systems are very neat.

I've already got some ideas but I'm curious about yours, please do send them to me for I may wish to borrow and never give back. ;P

I myself love that grading system. Before i even joined the site, that is pretty much how i got started. I have since then lost the site. But i would be greatful if you would mail the grades to me.

I'm curious about how this grading system would work.

For advancement in my Coven I just require that the members be active, know the main topics of the Coven(Spirits, Angels, Demons, Fallen Angels, and Divination), and be willing to fill out an application explaining to me why they believe they deserve the position as well as what benefits they would bring by being on the Council.
