Titanium and bronze are good metals to use together
for their energy.I agree aluminum alone is not good
for armor.

Try useing ruby powder and powdered titanium in the smelted
bronze. The titanium powder will burn hot and smoke.Only feed
in small amounts of the titanium powder and powdered ruby
while folding it into the smelted bronze. As the smelted bronze begins to cool add palladium powder carefully.Powdered emrald
is also good to use.

Be careful not to breathe in the fumes because emrald smoke can
effect your soul.

The amounts are up to you to decide but as a guide line

1 cup powdered titanium
2 3/4 cup solid bronze
1/2 cup ruby powder
1 spoon full of palladium
6 spoon full of emrald powder

Make several small batches and
pour into small moulds to make
scales and interlocking components

Sounds like you know a bit about armor forging, Lazer. What other ingredients might be beneficial, do you know?
Perhaps I will try my hand at a suit of armor as well, although it may be more like a form of underclothing so that it's not to obvious. I think I'd look a little weird walking around in a suit of armor during the summer. Maybe for Halloween though.

Yes but then that would require the use of powdered magnesium
and the process would be too complicated for the average person
to make.Powdered magnesium isn't fun to work with if you don't know what your doing.

I agree with lazer!

The formula that was given is strong enough.
It's light weight and durable and won't corrode.

Scale armor is good for flexability but I'm not
feeling so easy about the penitration factors.

perhaps use lazers recipe and make armor plate from it instead of scales?

Thank's Rag!

Spam if he's making three suits than that should be proper for it's duties.Plate armor can be worn with it or it can be used
in a multi layer chain maille.

I reccomend using elfsheet but dragonscale chainmaille is good
too. Here is another websight for you(www.urbanmaille.com)or if
you want to use leaf armor goto this websight
http://www.alleycatscratch.com/lotr/Armor/ScaleArmor.htm

The formula that I gave was devised expecially for leaf armor
also known as scale armor. The leafs are stronger than steel for
defense against armor piercing bullets and high caliber assult
riffles.

I understand where Spam would be concerned because with enough force the leafs can become shrapnal. Not good! That's where you
need to optomize your design the most.

Scales are more flexible compared to plate mail.
