streangth spells

i was wondering, i'm, new with magick but used to be a psionics teacher and i wasn't sure if the strength spell just made you feel stronger or look physically stronger or both...any help would be appreciated! =D

ps. are the effects permenant? or do they wear off?

it makes you stronger but you dont feel or look any stronger.
