Elemental workings

I would like some direction on opeing the doorways to the elemental realm/worlds. I am reawkening an old practice of mine. Befriending is a major goal.

Go to google.com/books and type in summoning spirits. On page 27 you will find the four elemental tatwas which you can project through onto the elemental planes.
