Can anyone please personally help me with astral projection, in anyway that I can do it when I have my lights off while I am going to sleep? Please? I really honestly don't know how because I looked it up and all it said was pretty much while your detaching yourself what you should do, but nothing on how to actually get it started. Please can anyone personally help me? (no website unless they are reeally friggin good)
Dont get discouraged. I've been at it 6 months now and still havent been successful. The object is to meditate until you can feel the presence of your astral body. Then visualize your astral body detaching from your physical body. It takes slot of practice
I have trouble doing it on my own. I will slip in from time to time without purposely doing it, but I have a great deal of trouble letting myself out of my body.
Bad experience years ago with feeling my soul slip away makes it scary for me.
To get your astral self into the astral plane try this while you meditate. Put yourself in a familiar known place. See, hear, smell, and touch all things around you. Keep practicing this and eventually you will ap there. This is the hardest way to learn but everyone is different.
to be honest Matt (15) you have a long way to go as far as respect and understanding are concerned... i dont think you are ready for astral yet... maybe try meditation for another few months... and try actually going to google or even a book shop and reading a little for yourself... a lot of the times people struggle to go into astral because they havent read enough on the subject... remember every mind works differently. what i read i understand the way my mind can use it... your mind (obviously) would not be able to use the same comprehensions... so again i suggest... go out and read up on what you desire... and also learn that people who are more advanced even techniques more advanced than you should be repected and revered until you deserve to be able to reach that level for yourself.
