can you scry someone then teleport to where they are?

i can scry, but i cant teleport to a place thats very far away. i do it with astral proejction

Alright no matter where it is...you can teleport anywhere, scrying to find out where someone is reminds me of calling them up asking where there are and then driving there. If that is possible so is scry teleporting. If you need me to teach you how to do it, then tell me
