Ok say I have been practicing for many years and due to changes in my life I have had to thicken the veil between this realm and the next. (Like being in the Army) I had to shut down. Now before I was able to see and do wonderous things and when I was out and ready I've had a spiritual block. I'm a little surprised that Grounding, Centering and Shielding are not included among the basics as those are the first thigns I teach anyone taht wants to be my student.
