I cast a love spell on a guy that i was dating and the next day he started having weird headaches. I asked if he was OK and he replied "these headaches are weird, did you do some type of spell on me or something?" I just laughed it off. Well things were going well until i started becoming too attached and we separated. I cast another and now things are coming back together. It seems to affect me more because now I can't seem to think about anybody else but him (which is unlike me). Could that possibly be one of theconsequences?

Canalbai, Indeed an unhealthy fixation on the object of the love spell can be one of the consequences of doing a love spell. Think on it...you cast a spell to make him fall in love with you. It stands to reason that the spell works both ways and that the energy of the spell is currently binding the two of you together.

Here's the deal on love spells though. You cannot actually make someone love you. You can increase the chances that that person might fall in love with you. But if you don't work hard at creating real love through working at the relationship then over time the spell will wear thin and disappear and the two of you will again find yourself drifting apart. That's what happened the last time you did this. If you want a love that lasts then you need to fix whatever it is that makes you move apart when the spell wears off, otherwise you're wasting your time.

Think too that perhaps if this person keeps drifting away from you unless you coerce him to be with you through magic that maybe this isn't the one for you. There might be a wonderful person out there just waiting for you to notice them and you're missing out on the opportunity by being fixated on this one person you think that you love, but who obviously doesn't really love you.

I wouldn't recommend doing one unless you have experience, the first time I did one it did help me get my current girlfriend, but shortly after two girls tried to go for me and almost broke up my relationship. Risk isn't worth it unless you're prepared for the back fire I guess.

I did two love spells to regain my ex (we were still best friends but she was starting up with a new lover). The result was I lost my best friend over a trivial argument -- way backfired and now I'm missing my best friend. Heartbroken.

I think mostly that they are unethical but sometimes maybe it's special circumstances.Here is what happened to me.I was with a man for 8years during the eight years I was able to take care of everything bills household kids etc.he wasn't a lazy man but I am a widow and I would just pay all of the bills because I got the lump sum every month.It came a time that the checks stopped one by one and I became afraid.He wasn't working at the time and we didn't have a car he refused a job I was enrage because now in all it's 6children that need to be taken care of.To shorten this story his family hated me so they offered him to move to Atlanta where he couldn't find steady work they said that they had a job waiting for him it was all lies he was there for months without a job because he was lied to when he wanted to come back to me jis sister offered him a job to take care of her kids she paid him alot of money weekly so he stayed(she didn't even work)These people did everything in there power for him to stay the problem witj that is I have 2small children who went through and are still going through hell without there father.Not only that I know that I'm not the only single parent but it's getting harder and harder for me I have to work with no daycare and my son is a special needs child I don't have family support and his parents don't care about my children at all so is it still wrong to bring him back

Isis37, your situation certainly sounds hard, but still I wouldn't suggest using a love spell. You know, no matter what your reasons are, you would still try and change someone's free will.
If you'd like to find some help and companionship through magick, maybe you could cast an open love spell, which directs love towards you without aiming it to one specific person.
