Hello, im just wondering how long would it take for an application to join a coven will take?

There is no simple answer to that question. It depends on how busy the Priest and Priestess of the Coven are and when they can get around to responding. May I ask which Coven you applied to? If it isn't one of the active Covens you aren't going to get a response at all.
