In case you didn't know what covens on SoM are,they are groups of people pursuing a common goal which may be knowledge,spiritual guidance,etc depending on the coven.They are diffenrent from "real world" covens cause here you most likely won't have any physical interaction with other coven members.
To find them go to "Groups" tab.There you can find all the existing covens.On the main page of the coven you can find information on the coven like what it focuses on,what it's goal is and how to apply.There you must follow the instructions which are different for each coven.
But remember,joining a coven requires you to know what your own goals are and what you have knowledge of in order to make the best choice for you.
