coven help

I want to join a coven and become a loyal participant in that coven. But, i first want to know what it means to actually be in a coven. (By the way, i want to join an online coven on this site not a coven i need to meet up with.) Is their a certain level of respect a member needs to have for another specific memeber of that coven, a high preistess maybe? What do covens do together?
Basically, i just want to know what it's like to be in a coven and what are your responsibilities to be in one of these online covens.

The High Priestess and High Priest are the leaders of the coven. Typically a coven on here has council members that help the Priestess and Priest out on a daily basis. Covens are often like minded people who try to foster a 'close family' enviroment.

As with any family, there is some tension at times and that is worked out as the coven chooses.
