Moon Phases Help Please

I heard that the moon-phases can effect magic... I want to make a chart in my spell book for so.

If you know, please tell me how each moon-phase (Waning [1/4, 1/3, 1/2] , Waxing [1/4, 1/3, 1/2] , Full, New]

http://stardate.org/nightsky/moon/ is a neat add-on for a spellbook, but I personally think that if you can't feel the moon's phase influencing the magic, and so know that it's in the right phase for the magic you want to work without the help of a calendar, then it doesn't matter what phase it is. But that's just me.

Generally, it's said that waning and new moons are best for banishing rituals (like making something in your life you don't want to, go away); waxing and full moons are best for summoning rituals (like summoning an idea of something, allowing something to grow,) full moons give positive energy and are associated with the lunar mother goddess, and new moons are a negative energy and call tribute to the lunar dark goddess, and crescents-to-halves are associated with maidens: if the crescent tips are up like a smile, it's holding wishes. If they point down like a headband, it's releasing the same (according to my book on wishing spells.) There's more info here... I hope this helped.
