astral projection

i have an assumption that astral projection is just a high form of imagining so actualy is not "real"

now dont kill me its only a theory i thought about
what you think of it?

(by saying this im not saying that there is no a.projection im only saying that most just imagining)

Astral Projection, I have had a bit of experience with this, but, again, am no expert. It has A LOT to do with Relaxation, Focus, & Meditation
