It looks to be a generic astrological chart program. it looks to be pretty thorough considering it asks for the time and place of birth as well. A lot of systems don't ask for that because it is only really valuable when a birthday falls on a cusp.
In the end, Astrological charts apply to everyone pretty equally, it isn't really affected by things like being an indigo or starseed or walk-in, etc. It is more of a reflection of influences on your current incarnation, typically defined as being determined by the moment you take your first breath.
However older, more experienced, or more learned souls/people can sometimes develop past the influences of their sign as a function of their personal growth. Especially as they overcome the challenges that are usually present within their sign (like an Aries' tendency to butt heads, for example) which may render astrological charts less accurate or less useful as a tool of Self reflection.
In the end a natal chart won't tell you if you are an indigo/starseed/etc. They aren't really put together to do that. After all those are more recent labels people have created for those who are basically old souls. In the end, the charts are meant to reflect the influences of the major stellar bodies and how they may represent the kind of personality and predispositions you may have as you live your life.

The concept of " Indigo Children " was invented by two New Age writers in the 1990's as a way to make money off of books and expensive seminars. The special "traits": that they claim Indigos have are actually normal traits for most children, especially those with untreated ADD/ADHD.
Seeing how these two writes were raking in the cash with this concept of "Indigo Children", some others came along and invented "Crystal Children", "Rainbow Children", and "Star Seeds". All of these were and are money-making schemes predicated on the fact that a lot of parents would rather think their children were some "special" sort of creation and not deal with the idea that those children might have something like ADD or ADHD
I would not put any credence in the claims of such authors.
Mayhaps a bit of wishful thinking, But it's pretty normal as one learns new things. In the end, if you choose to consider yourself an Indigo, if it is a label that helps you quantify your path and learning, then go for it. But just know that such a name is unnecessary, and nor does having such a label change you or grant you some sort of ability or powers (or wisdom). it is just a label you choose to carry with you to help summarize who you see yourself to be.
it might seem disappointing to learn it is only a label, but it is also freeing because that means later on you are just as free to let go of it if you choose. You are not limited to being an indigo. You are you, and that you might be similar to the idea of an indigo for a while now, but it also may move past that to something more as time goes on.
By defining yourself as something, you restrict yourself to being that one thing and in the end it only becomes a restriction or limitation instead of a source of growth. By recognizing it as a symbol or as a chosen label/name, it is much easier to let go of it when the time comes.
Anyways isn't labels required when you have to call out something specific like giving names to phenomena which may develop into something else then it gain another new name to identify its new form just like calling something level 1 then level 2 and so on just to know the growth between level 1and level 2.
Rest assured I will never be limited by petty names.^_^
Yes, it is indeed just fine to put a label to something you are experiencing. i is the attitude you put behind that label that is more important. And it sounds like you have the right idea in that regard. As long as you keep in mind that it is you that defines the label, and not the label that defines you, it's all good. ^_^
