Fluff Vs Reality

What makes a post labeled as false and not true?

I was under the impression not every spell works for everyone, nor is every experience the same for everyone. Like I also read that magic is connected to physics and its laws, but scientific knowledge is always expanding so wouldnt magic and its properties be ever changing as well. Making "anything" possible to an extent?

Well I believe what makes a post false and fluffy is when people talk about Werewolves, mermaids, vampires and other fantasies which really gets the knowledgeable mad. Also do not get mixed up with science and magic. They are not the same and do not connect.

Magic and science are they same! And they are connected!
The first "medical scientists" were the witches.Witches were the first to "cross breed" different plants to make new plants! The witches were the first healers; the first to study and understand the healing qualities of Herbs.
And, in the early days, it was ALL magic!
It modern times there is other magic. Is not the internet magic? Radio? Television? Eye surgery? Organ transplants?
A hundred years ago Mankind was learning to build machines that flew through the air. To the vast majority of people, all over the world, the aeroplane was magic! To many it still is!
Magic, as I was taught from when very young, is "The knowledge of the few, for the benefit of the many."
Science really is magic! And anything which claims to work against science, is FLUFF!

Fluffy posts, like stated above, are un-true and usually go to claim that they will turn you into a vampire/ werewolf/ mermaid, or claim to do rediculous things. You can tell if a post is 'fluffy' by using common sense.

Magic is science, just because science is shedding more and more scientific light on our craft and explaining it on their terms does not mean magic itself is changing. Magic, while there definitely have been new growths and innovations, has been practised for quite some time, and despite finally starting to be scientifically explained, does not change the practise itself.

Science has changed it's views on magic, an has certainly enlightened practitioners who read up on it, and has given us a deeper understanding of our own craft, science has changed nothing about magic, only our views of it.
