about a month ago there was a tropical storm in chorpus christi texas area and i had wanted rain for a while so i took it upon myself to bring the storm to austin texas 3 hours away from corpus and it rained for 3 days nonstop everything flooded and a woman died i was shocked to hear the news and i ask was it my fault she died am i a murderer?????
No, you're not a murderer. Only take credit for what is truly your share in life, nothing more. Guilt and worry never serves. You never know what fate was surrounding this woman. You will never know if your magic was what was responsible for the storm. We are incredibly powerful and at the same time incredibly insignificant.
1.
Law . the killing of another human being under conditions specifically covered in law. In the U.S., special statutory definitions include murder committed with malice aforethought, characterized by deliberation or premeditation or occurring during the commission of another serious crime, as robbery or arson (first-degree murder), and murder by intent but without deliberation or premeditation (second-degree murder).
You asked for a really simple thing: a rain storm. Whatever deities you believe in decided they wanted to make the simple rainstorm you asked for into a massive storm that also happened to kill a woman. If you ask me how your deities decide to honor the energy you put into the spell is not your fault in any way.
look i don't know about law or about deites or wat-cha-ma-call-em but i know this might be an example of wat some call grey magic magic that is done with no harmful intention but winds up hurting someone but like the others said you have no idea wat fate was doing when you did the spell. and in oppinion no your not a murderer to me a murderer is someone who kills with almost no regret who dosent care about the value of a human life. so no i do not think you are a murderer it wasn't your intention and i think it wasn't your fault
next time add up what the outcomes may be, using spells can have negative impacts on people and places, 'harm none and do as you will' make sure you look into that the next time you do a spell... you didn't cause her death the storm did!
