During the day I find myself not scared easily, eager to try and lucid dream and at peace with the universe. At night, I practically turn into a different person, too afraid to even get out of bed.I lie there for hours, terrified to close my eyes. How can I fix this?
Noctiphobia is more common than you would think, you have to first work out the root of the fear. There are many factors that can contribute, darkness, lowering in ambient noise, claustrophobia/agoraphobia.
The more you can narrow down what it is about the night that you fear the better and more productively deal with it.
