Ask a friend for an object of theirs, ring, watch, purse, wallet, something their aura has regular contact with.
Explain to your friend what you are trying to do and always ask permission first.
Find a quiet spot where you can sit un-disturbed and as peaceful as possible.
Place the object in the palm of your dominant hand.
Place your other hand on top of it.
Relax by taking a step back from this world similar to meditating, quietening the mind.
After a few moments or so images may pop into your mind , don't process these straight away just remain relaxed.
