Personal Bio
As above, so below. As within, so without. That is not dead which can eternal lie. And with strange aeons even death may die. I've studied Occult topics for close to 8 years, but I've only recently begun actually putting to practice what I've read. A lot of my hesitation stemmed from not knowing what exactly I believe, and not wanting to waste my time on something potentially foolish. It took some rather eerie events to get me to wake up and realize that magick is indeed all around and inside me, and so here I am today just looking for a sense of community and some people to bounce ideas off of. I work with Chaos Magick. This life choice came about because of my constant disagreement with other formally established forms of Occult study/practice. I always read something and start off, "Yeah, yeah... yeah I totally get that! That's how I see it too!" and soon enough I come across some information or theory that I disagree with and I deviate too far from the established path to say that I actually follow it. On the topic of Light versus Dark magick, I can really only say that I believe we have to cast magick with discretion, using whatever methods it takes to bring about a more satisfying existence for yourself, and hopefully others; because we are all interconnected, what effects one effects, ultimately, all. With that said, I've never actually cast any malicious spells, but boy do I think about it. I try to live with compassion for all existence, acting for the higher good of all, but I cannot deny my darker inclinations, and I'm slowly coming to terms with my seemingly paradoxical polarity of belief. If you think I can help out with something, or you just want to talk, don't hesitate to send me a mail.... because I'm very lonely lol XD ~`~`~`~`~`~ Quan Yin's Prayer for the Abuser: To those who withhold refuge, I cradle you in safety at the core of my Being. To those that cause a child to cry out, I grant you the freedom to express your own choked agony. To those that inflict terror, I remind you that you shine with the purity of a thousand suns. To those who would confine, suppress, or deny, I offer the limitless expanse of the sky. To those who need to cut, slash, or burn, I remind you of the invincibility of Spring. To those who cling and grasp, I promise more abundance than you could ever hold onto. To those who vent their rage on small children, I return to you your deepest innocence. To those who must frighten into submission, I hold you in the bosom of your original mother. To those who cause agony to others, I give the gift of free flowing tears. To those that deny another's right to be, I remind you that the angels sang in celebration of you on the day of your birth. To those who see only division and separateness, I remind you that a part is born only by bisecting a whole. For those who have forgotten the tender mercy of a mother's embrace, I send a gentle breeze to caress your brow. To those who still feel somehow incomplete, I offer the perfect sanctity of this very moment.
