Personal Bio
At a very young age, I became entranced with the workings of magic. I had watched shows such as He-Man and played many of the old Nintendo games, as well as watching a few D&D games. At first, I thought magic was a thing of fiction. I mean, shooting fireballs and casting Freeze Arrow as an encounter spell didn't seem at all plausible and still isn't, to my knowledge. I only recently, at the ripe age of Fourteen, found that magic wasn't all casting Slow, or Haste. It was more... Dare I say, rhetorical, in the fact that you can't exactly see the spells most of the time, but feel that they work and see their results later on. I am now Fifteen and I have looked all over for sites that supports those who are in need of people who understand that magic is, well, realistic. I haven't told my parents, nor have I told my friends, due to the idea of being ridiculed. I'm not ashamed of magic, but I'm not willing to risk being humiliated by everyone for what I've decided to learn. I can't buy most of the supplies needed for spells, because, well, what am I going to say to my parents? "Hey, can you buy these candles/incenses/oils for me so I can complete this spell?" They would look at me like I had just ripped my arm off and grew another one. So, I'm forced to use spells that require major concentration. Thus, I'm unable to explore new spells, or anything. Here's what I'm asking; Is there someone out there who can give me guidance? I'm in major need of it. I don't know whether or not I'm doing the spells right, or if I'm just freaking around like I'm going to a D&D convention? Please, anyone? Can you help me?
