A hand of white tightens around my heart, holding in the crashing chorus that is my heartbeat. Your face, painted in terrified streaks of the unknown, echoing the fact that I know I cannot follow you. The brush strokes of my life turn to chaotic scribbles of a man with no purpose. A man with no heart left to sing because his choir is dead. You are dead. And the fact settles on me like a blanket of thorns upon my open wounds that only deepens my love for you. A love so profoundly out of control that it leaves me spiraling towards a glass, and another, and another. Drowning in alcohol, I stumble to the shores of pills and self-loathing only to choke down my own lies. Saying your name like a prayer that will come true the longer I believe you are coming back to me. Back to pull me out of my swamp of misery and deliver my salvation. God please, deliver me to him instead. Deliver my body, riddled with scars and plant flowers in my flesh for him to pick off my corpse. If only this, deliver my death to his doorstep if only to say, "Father, this is how sixteen years becomes me."

Ever since I can remember I've had prophetic and haunting dreams, which has drawn me to witchcraft to look for answers. I do not worship deities, however, I have the utmost respect for them.
