I am an eclectic magic practitioner. I am currently studying ceremonial magic, shamanism, witchcraft, herbal medicine, and spirit work. My understanding of the spiritual is based primarily on my UPG rather than any specific path. I see that divinity is everywhere rather than a distant entity controlling the universe.

People who are new to magic are told to start with basics like grounding, centering, shielding, meditation, and visualization. I agree with this seeing the number of newbies who try the spells here and are disapointed when they don't work. Magic requires practice, patience, and real world effort to actualize your goals.
