Try it. Although I'm not sure it works for everyone, this spell is aimed to help you control wind.

First, go outside. Then, concentrate on the wind and think 'Winds' or something like that. I can do it with just the word winds though. If you want the wind to blow in a certain direction, think it and point your arm in the direction.
Be in a room by yourself and have your candle (or if more advanced have a fire outside by yourself and do the same thing) first just sit in front of the fire and meditate for a few minutes however long you perfer then once your done meditating look into the flame and feel its energy combining with yours and think that the flame will listen to you and try to move it side to side, make it bigger and smaller, and ultimately try to form it into a shape. Also if you are really good at it try to put the candle out - note this will take alot of energy so make sure you know how to regain energy with meditation or some other various form so that your still able to do more spells if you are wanting too.
Get near the source of fire and hold the dragon claw in you LEFT hand. Hold the Green Fire Orb (You can find these almost anywhere by heat) in your RIGHT hand. Say these words 3 times: (Close your eyes)
Summon the Heat,
Feel the wind,
Love the Beat,
and destroy he sin.
So Mote it Be!
Keep your eyes closed and think hard on being on a dragon's back. Feel the wind. Touch the heat. You will eventually see the dragon.
Hold your hand above the flame and chant: "Flames of death and flames of life grant this user a fiery sight". As you chant, increase the volume of your words to make a bigger fire.

Sit facing a window, your gaze directly focused upon the view. Memorize it, and as you take the object of you choosing into your hand; force your will and energy into it. Close your eyes, and imagine the image you memorized full of storm and rain. Then repeat three times, ''Rain is power, Rain is life, Rain is thus.'' Within a few hours up to a day, a storm will appear. Rare occasions, only grey clouds.
This spell helps you find your element if you don't know what it is.

Close your eyes and be relaxed like a monk. Nothing can make you mad. Cup your hands together but leave some room in your hands but don't have a open space where air can come in. When you do that just wait for energy in your hands
for fire you will feel the heat in your hands getting burning hot
for wind you will feel a breeze moving around in your hands
for water you will feel like there's water sitting in your hands
for earth you will feel your hands just drying up like a desert
This spell keeps you warm for 48 hours: you can not cool down.

As you prepare for bed, light the candle. Chant: "Little light, burning bright in the day or in the night. Keep me warm, forever more: tonight, tomorrow, yes for sure". Next, put out the candle and go to bed.
Sprinkle the water on the ground, then chant
''Nine drops by nine are eighty-one, eighty-one cloudes shall bring me rain
The rain shall fall, the land shall smile, and water shall flow for quite a while.''
Repeate this once every three hours. It takes patience. You will have results.
To create rain. Caution should be used when preforming these kind of spells, mother nature isn't one to change he mind easily. I suggest only using these kind of spells when a drought has come to your area.

Fill your bucket, pot or cauldron with water. Add the fern leaves and take this mix and the broom outside where you wish for the rain to fall. With the sweeping end of the broom, stir the cauldron clockwise, gently at first but slowly increasing power, until you are thrashing the water about and the handle fees like it can stir itself. While you are doing this imagine a rain storm with its wildness spreading about, the rain landing with thuds against the dry, crackled ground sending up clouds of dust. Imagine the whipping winds hitting the trees and the smell of rain and your wet clothing. After this, take the broom up, face it to the sky and shake it. Then place it back in the cauldron and start stirring it again. Visualize the following again. After re-visualizing, take the broom out and throw it onto the ground. Take the cauldron (or whatever you used) and thrust it up, throwing out all the contents of the pot.
