a simple spell that helps you improve with controlling speed of the wind (IE: fast and slow, or normal)

If this is your first time using such magic, you need to recite this chant 3x, by memory ''By the power of three,bind me to blessed thee wind.'' After doing this once, you shouldn't have to recite it again, but if you feel it will help,it does no harm. Keep in mind this part of the spell only allows speed change, not direction or shaping.
Thunder Shock: First make an energy ball and say the chant and visualize lighting in the ball. Also try to feel it.
Chant:
"Thundrae ramuhe eletre shocke zolt."
And take the ball forword your opponent and visualize zolt of thunder hitting the target and shocking it.
At firrst it may not work properly but keep trying. After 1 month training it will work properly.
Shock: Charge your hand with energy.Any other limbs can also be used.Then say the chant:
Thundrae ramuhe shakta.
Then visualize and feel yellow thunder covering inside and outside your hand and touch person or object and visualize you shocking that person or object.
The much charged energy the much damage.
Take some frankincense and a hematite stone, place them on a pentacle you've drawn on the ground (with your sword or wand). Place the tool of your choice in the middle of the pentacle and while holding the stone in your hand say:
"Morrigan, goddess of the storm I ask for your help in every form, turn it back into the sea, absorb it into the rock into the tree, send this storm far from me. And if my Goddess does agree than manifest please make it be!"
Then take the silver or deep blue glitter and sprinkle it around the perimeter of the pentacle and let some fall off of your hand into the wind. Leave the stone as an offering to the elements and the Goddess.
Please Note: that if the storm does not come to your back yard it will go to someone else's, try not to deplete your land of anything it needs just for the sake of seeing if you can do it.
Say ''The cold wind starts,the cold wind blows, the colder it gets, the hotter I grow.'' It is tested and imagining a heat spreading up your body helps.
If you are in a slightly windy area, imagine a current of wind, if you don't know what a current looks like, look up pictures on google, they are basically sideways tornadoes though. Next, imagine the wind spiraling out of the current and either getting bigger and spiraling off or getting smaller.
