All this is a few things to help you cast:

I just recently learned that spells are like recipe books you take what you know from the spell and add what you want whether its just a change of words or technique or ingredients. With ingredients you don't really need handles or anything they just help. If you mess up on certain incantations and it doesn't matter it just helps bring the spirit if done right.

Write your wishes on a paper and then burn, place in a bowl whilst burning and chant,

"Grant to me these wishes three
Make me who I want to be
Come to me
I call you here
Come to me
And settle here"

With the ashes sprinkle over a plant, your wishes will become bound to the plant, as it continues to grow your wishes will come true.

Light candle and chant: "My concentration let it be high for maths (or whatever subject). I want it to got it all under my control. So mote it be." Then blow out candle and breathe in a little smoke.

You can go without the alfalfa if none is on hand. Take Alfalfa leaf, clover leaf, and cabbage leaf, and ground them up. Sprinkle some into your chamomile tea, then chant this:

"Fortuna, Tyche, goddess of luck. Grant me your guiding hand for one day so I may succeed. You are a glory, the maker of luck. Favor me, though I do not deserve to be in your presence. So mote it be."

Then take a drink of the tea, finish it all. You will (hopefully) have good luck for one day. It's also very good to send her a burnt offering, like roasting marshmallows over a candle in her name if you haven't anything better.

Take the quartz and hold it in your hand. Hold it loosely. Do not squeeze. Put the ice cube in your mouth and close your eyes. Bite down on the ice and turn over the quartz in your hand three times. Chew up the ice and swallow it. In the next 24 hours, try singing. You will be better.
