When you are working on an art project, simply focus your energy to the part of the body that you want to improve skills in. Believe that all your skills are there. This may only work in short burtsts and can be exhausting to do.

#6112 - Dragon's Scales
First- You must hold the dragon's energy. If you do this correctly it will take very little energy. It gets easier the more you do it.
Next- Then, mold the energy onto your body. (almost as if you were rubbing lotion onto your skin)
After all of that, you should feel an energy field form just above your skin. If you can see aura, it sometimes even looks like scales.
Depending on the dragon you use, the scales may feel different. I suggest trying multiple dragons to find the one your best with.
While this is mainly defensive, if you go into any physical combat it will cause magical fatigue to your opponent as well. Using Dragon's Scales I've actually punched a spirit. It's an effective way to level the playing field on malicious spirits and demons.
If you can use multiple Dragons, I suggest matching them to what you need in combat.
Earth is the strongest defense but if you are weaker, it will make you slow.
Air is the least protective but builds speed.
Water is moderately protective and sharpens the mind.
Fire is moderately protective and very strong but can send less experienced/controlled casters into a blind fury.

Cast the Circle of the Princes of Hell and Then Call the Dark God Satan and His Goddess Lilith.
Light Dark Blue Candle and Chant:

A Spell to See Spirits
To see spirits, old European grimoires recommend mixing together aloe, pepper, musk, Vervain, and saffron and burning this in a cemetery. You can adapt this for other locations (like those in which the spirit lived) by adding a bit of sweet grass or tobacco to a specially prepared incense. Create the incense on the anniversary of the death of the individual you wish to contact. This is then burned at 11 am, in the safety of a magic circle that also holds symbolic items to connect you to the entity. An incantation to encourage the spirit's presence is:
"Guardians of the Spirit realm, hear and guide my plea.
When the witching hour rings true, bring my friend (loved one, etc.) ____ to me.
Other souls who hear my call are not welcome in this place.
Only the one known as _____ may enter sacred space."
Repeat the request three times, twenty minutes apart, then wait quietly for indications of a presence. Signs include the scent of flowers or a favored cologne, a cool wind, movement of curtains, and candles going out or twitching erratically.
Once you feel sure the spirit is with you, do not make it tarry overly long. Take care of your business, say farewell, and thank the guardians for their assistance.

Put the candles in a circle(white red white red) light them one at a time. Put the 2 towels in the center, place the bowl on the towels. Pour the water in the bowl, put 10 pedals around the bowl and 5 in the bowl and 5 around the candles. Now with joined hands, chant 3 times:
"I call the spirit of (name) to join us now, I summon thee to the great divide"

Take a piece of paper and write the name of the person that is to be
bound on a 3” x 3” piece of paper, using a black ink pen or a
pencil.
While you do this visualize the face of the person on your mind.
When you have written the name across it with an inverted
pentacle (5 pointed star with a circle).
Fold the paper twice and take a rubber band and tie the paper with
it. Raise it up to your temple and chant three times the following
below:
“
"To be protected from you,
This magic charm I will do,
With this words I bind thee,
For you to let me be,
To be protected from your harm,
I now seal this charm”.
Now place the paper on the right shoe and slam your feet on the
ground nine times (doesn’t have to be so loud that everyone can
hear it). As you slam it ninth time say…
“So mote it be."
