1. First place the rosemary aside, we will get to that later.
2. Rub smoothed sage upon and around your quartz stone before or during the ritual.
3. Place the stone and the rubbed sage (used to purify the stone) into your cauldron or bowl.
4. Now take out the rosemary ( You may need a wand for this working but it is not likely).
5. Place rosemary closely around the cauldron. Now say these magic words in order precisely. " Hyperious ( Latin root hpper, meaning to go faster), Lamaous, Aphrodite( The Greek goddess of love). (Hyperious, Lamaous, Aphrodite.).

(Notes: After this spell is canceled or finished keep the ingredients especially the rubbed sage and rose quartz in a bag on top of your alter.)

1. Place the gemstone into the bowl of water.
2. Visualize an image of the moon in your mind's eye. Then imagine a white glowing rabbit descending into the gemstone.
3. Take a breath, and then imagine the stone and the rabbit becoming one in the form of a glowing orb of white light.
4. Call out to this being and ask for a pathway to the future in the form of a vision.

(Notes: During step 4, you do not need to ask for specifics; the moon spirit will provide you with what is right, best, and just for your individual mind and experiences.)

1. Anoint your hands with Sage water.
2. Write the name of the one you wish to be with on the spirit petition.
3. Fold the petition around the silver coin.
4. Recite Incantation while visualizing your intent involving the one you wish to be with.
5. Incantation: " Huli Jing zhu miow." (repeated x5) .
6. You are finished. You may either keep the coin with at all times or place on your alter on top of a photo or representation of your beloved.

1. Line the inside of the bowl with a black cloth. (Cloth must be in one piece)
2. Add Red pepper and Poppy seeds into the bowl filled with the cloth.
3. Place the bowl in the south end of your altar space. ( Closest to you-- not in the middle)
4. Place the small bowl in the middle of the Alter space.
5. Then place salt in the small bowl-- or (if using quartz) surround the small bowl in a 5 point formation with the quartz; then fill the bowl with water.
6. Recite the following method of incantation.
7. Visualize a white light emanating from the small bowl protecting you; then chant, " Your power is useless my defenses are not down, and I shall not be moved or turned around,"
8. For the bowl that contains the black cloth, poppy seeds, and red pepper; Imagine black ash pouring from the inside of the bowl outward. (Notes: this may seem scary but you are protected as long as you followed the instructions of 6-7.)
9. Imagine the black ash building more and more--(Notes: You may even start to smell smoke; as the working continues you may feel cold and hot tingling sensations-- if not it does mean it's not working.)-- then imagine if as the source of the ash is coming up from the bowl.
10. Recite following Incantation.
11. Hexiaus ( meaning; to bring forth a hex), Drexious (to bring forth a ghost), Amen ( to give fourth power to the caster.) "Hexiaus, Drexious, Amen." then recite the name of the person three times.
12. You are done with the ritual; Imagine the white light again consuming your home and being. (Notes: The white light is to purify the darkness or black ash spirits from harming you, your home, or your loved ones.).
13. End of Ritual.

1. Draw a Sigil for the use or Purification and cleansing on to the Spirit petition.
2. Tie petition to the poppet using The White yarn or String.
3. Hold the poppet with your left hand facing upward; then place your right hand over the poppet.
4. Visualize white orbs appearing from darkness clustering together into the Poppet.
5. Then feel a release of spirit energy leaving the poppet and becoming attached to you.
6. Recite, " The purity of the Poppet happens to me, for I am the only one that it can see, so mote it be."
7. Then allow the Poppet to work its magick.

Exercise: How to Shape-Shift

1. Close your eyes and allow yourself to become deeply relaxed. As a suggestion, have a friend drum a very steady, continuous beat. (This is a traditional method to shape-shift.) Or play music designed for relaxation, which can help you enter into an altered state of consciousness.

2. Imagine that your body is metamorphosing into another form. It can be anything you choose. Take time to experience fully how that other being feels.

3. With your eyes closed, allow your body to move subtly, almost unperceptively while feeling yourself changing into another shape.

4. Really imagine that you’ve become that animal, plant, mineral, or even another person. Involve all your senses. Imagine what you would smell, taste, hear, and feel. For example, if you become a wolf, imagine having an acute ability to smell. If you become an eagle, imagine your eyesight to be very sharp and far-seeing.

5. Afterward, while it’s still fresh in your memory, make notes about your experience.

When you can see the world through the experience of something else, it deepens your compassion profoundly. For example, if you’ve had a terrible argument with your spouse and you shape-shift to view things through his or her eyes, you might find that your anger subsides. Or if you’re depressed because you were passed over for a job promotion, you might shape-shift to experience life through the eyes of a robin and ultimately realize that the universe is much more vast and wondrous than the arena of your job. Your depression pales in comparison to the joy of flight and the exhilaration of bursting into song.

Sometimes I imagine myself seeing through the eyes of another person. When I can see the world through his or her eyes, it allows me to have greater compassion and understanding. I’ve found this particularly helpful when I’ve been having a challenging time with others. When I view the world through their eyes, I’m usually less critical of them.

Activating the native spirit within you means that you recognize that we live in a mysterious, splendid universe. You know that Creation is filled with spirit beings, land spirits, little people, angels, and ancestors; and you know there are ways to travel into these realms through vision quests, storytelling, dreams, astral traveling, and shape-shifting.

Once you step into a native perception of reality, the universe becomes much richer and fuller. In a very practical way, this allows you to see the truth in life. Instead of believing what you hear and see, more often you believe and trust what you feel and know in your heart. You’ll find yourself being aware of the deeper truths in life and making decisions accordingly. This can positively transform your life.

First, you should find a place where you feel comfortable, safe, and at peace. This can be anywhere, so long as you feel safe in this place. It's best to not have any distractions (ie. light, noise, movement, sounds, etc.), but you can work around the distractions. You can also find your energy in a place where you're uncomfortable, but it's much easier to find inner energy in a place where you are comfortable.

Next, sit cross legged on a floor or soft surface with your back straight. If you're uncomfortable in this position, you may change your position to something you're more comfortable with. Try your best to relax before attempting to find your energy.

Visualize your heart pumping energy throughout your body. Your energy will travel through your shoulders, your stomach, your legs, arms, hands, feet, until it reaches your toes and fingertips. The energy will fizz here, and you'll have to color it. Coloring your energy is simple: The first color that comes to mind while you're attempting this exercise is most likely the color of your energy. If this color doesn't feel right, think of a different color. The color of your energy can be your favorite color or the color of your couch. Remember to accept this color -- it is your energy, and the more you accept it, the more you can utilize it.

Your energy can manifest as tendrils extending from your fingers, a psi ball, etc. Once you've called it forth once, it should become easier automatically, especially with practice.
