and the cat should either fall asleep or get sleepy then fall asleep.

Sit in a quiet room alone. Relax your body and mind by doing meditation for good 10mins. Then stand up and rub oil all over your body saying "O spirit of the sexual nature"
Meditate for 5 mins than turn off the light. Sit near the candle and say "O spirit of the sexual nature, I light this candle in your grace" then light the candle. Now Say "O spirit of the sexual nature, I burn this incense in your grace" now start burning.
Stay relaxed and sit while you close your eyelids. Now keep your eyelids closed and say "O spirit of the sexual nature, I hope our friendship will shin like a the shining stars in the night sky, O spirit of the sexual nature, hear my word O spirit of the sexual nature my desire is with you, O spirit of the sexual nature I long for your friendship".

Begin either inside in front of a window or outside in a clearing where you are preferably surrounded by nature. Cast at night you can do it during the day also, and if that is so than face the direction of the sun.
Kneel/sit facing the moon, or if the moon isn't there, the brightest star. Clear your mind and think of nothing more than your intentions with this spell. Make sure no other stray thoughts cross your mind. Take a deep breath and raise both your arms to the sky, hands palm faced up. Close your eyes and feel the forces around you. Feel the magic that runs through you, that binds you to everyone and everything. Now open your eyes and chant;
"Mother Nature now so near
Come to us I pray nor fear
Help us change the weather now
Bring you forth the essential piece
The fantastic rain clouds, ready to drop
Nourishment water upon this holy earth
Let thy plants have long-last drink

1) Try to sit without moving your body just relax yourself and quiet all your thoughts.
2) Close your eyelids.
3) Try focusing on one point and nothing else.
4) Try focusing between your eyes.
5) After body and mind have been stilled.
6) Try to stay that way and open your ears and listen
7) You are trying to listen to unusual sounds in the void not the sounds you usually hear in dark quiet nights.
8) Do this sited, do not lie down (this could cause you to fall asleep).
9) It will take a lot of practicing note practice for 15-30mins per night, don't give up, keep practicing.

This can be at work in your office, Sitting outside in a quiet park, You can do this at home sitting on sofa, bed even on the floor.
1) Try to sit without moving your body just relax yourself and quiet all your thoughts.
2) Close your eyelids.
3) Try focusing on one point and nothing else.
4) Try focusing between your eyes.
5) After body and mind have been stilled.
6) Try to stay that way for 1 hour or more keep note on how long you stayed focused each day.
7) Do this sited, do not lie down (this could cause you to fall asleep).
8) It may take a lot of practicing to actually stay still and quiet.
9) Don't give up, keep practicing this and it will enhance your mind.
