This a spell that I have written, inscribed in candles, charged with energy, and balanced with the elements. The Gods' and Goddesses' will do the rest. It's up to them if you're are responsible to be privileged, this must be your desire.
You may need:
12 water elemental items (no water by itself)
5 energy charged fish scales
4 preferably used elemental candles (no water)
1 sterling silver bowl filled with rain water
2 glass egg cups full of real saltwater
1 unused unscented white candle
1 small bag
1 pair of metal tweezers

take off all clothes
place 5 fishscales in the bag, and the place it on any mount (cardboard box, rock, book)
place white candle on mount
add bowls of saltwater bowls on mount
place with rain water infront of mount
enter in the opening on open elemental
place rainwater bowl in place of water elemental
form an invoking pentagram with 4 elemental candles at each point while staying within the visual circle
form a circle with 15 water elemental items and the 4 candles; put water items in between each candle to form a circle
cast a circle
light all candles excpet the white one
sing this (no chant) and think truely about your mermaid form and the abilities you have

close your eyes and slowly count until you can feel the numbers floating above your head and you lose track and drain of energy
with everything you have in you pour the real saltwater in the bowl of rain water and dunk your head in with eyes, nose, mouth closed until 5 seconds have passed and get out of the water and spill it all over yourself and feel it soak in your skin, it should revive your energy. when you feel a higher force coming above you, light the whit candle in front of you light it
this step is very important light all the elemental candles in order and the already lit white candle should be infront of you
place all the fish scales in the 4 candles and the last scale in the white
if youchose to blow out the candles then make sure you let the white die out on its own, the next morning take out the scale of the white candle and carry it with you until you want to reverse the spell

Chant:
"When desires arise,
The time is right,
May light guide my wishes tonight,
Forces of nature please aid my will,
May my desires be fulfilled,
By the power of three so mote it be".
1) Chant it 3 times at least.
2) Light the paper with the candle and Burn the paper with the chant written on it, as it burns chant:
"By the power of three so mote it be."
3) Also having the intention in mind.
The size of the wish is what makes the time difference.

You give someone a boost of untamable anger! It only lasts a few hours though.

1 black candle

1-2 unopened flower buds (the more buds, the more power)

Place the candle's in a triangle shape, the red candles at the bottom, the orange candle at the top, and the black candle middle. Light the black candle first, then the orange , then both reds.
Now, take the red pencil and write the person's name that you want to curse.(Be careful) Then take one of the flowers and put its bud over the orange candle's flame, let it catch fire then blow it out after a few seconds. Quickly sprinkle the smoldering bud's ashes on the paper. Now do the same thing with the other flower bud and a red candle.
Now, pick up the paper carefully, don't let the ashes fall off. Place the paper over the black candle's flame, while it starts burning say:
''O' (your Deity)
(Person's name you want to curse) has done me wrong
Only you can do what is needed
Make their spirit burn like a wildfire, hot and dangerous
So make it be!''
Just set the pentagram up along with the five candles aligning each point,and say the spell three to five times only with eyes closed,then go along with your day.
"Those who are my enemies and to those who I despised the most, by the power invested by me, your pact ,and your powers. I ask you gods you supreme beings, lords, and underloods to make this wish. Hold dear to my soul and heart from within myself ,so mote it be."
Chant this spell 3-5 times:
"Wind, Earth, Water, And Fire
I call on you
Not once or twice but thrice
Grant me 3 powers in my life
Grant me 3 powers of (3 powers you want)
Without fret or fright"
"I shall use these forever without weakness
They shall always stay to me
They will never go away
Wind, earth, water, and fire
I call on you now
Grant me these 3 powers in (number) days
So mote it be"
You can choose what you dream. You will not lucid dream, this is choosing what you will dream about.

1. Find a soft toy. it could be suitable for the dream, e.g. Cat in a dream with a cat in it, an animal linked to a song if you want it to play in a dream, etc. Take it to bed when you go to bed, and maybe cuddle it.
2. Imagine the dream. Focus on the story.
What will happen?
Who will you be?
What will you be?
Will you have special abilities?
What, who, and what abilities does everyone else have?
Where is it?
What does the place look like?
What will your and everyone else's voice sound like?
Who will die (if you or anyone else dies it will have no effect on real life)?
Think about all of these. If it is already a story in your head, replay it again and again, and bits you've missed out will come along in the dream.
3. Say this spell once, or if you have a story, think and think about it, and say the spell after this one:
"In my dream, this will happen:
I will be called (what you want to be called).
I will be (how old you want to be) years old.
My species will be a(n) (species you want to be).
My (say hair, fur, scales, feathers or skin, if skin applies to animals) colour(s) will be (say the colour(s) you want).
My voice will be (if it is like someone you know, or on YouTube, or if they have a nickname but you don't know their real name, etc."
Say:
"My voice will be like (person)".
If it is not from someone you know, just say the description of it, and imagine it in your head. if it is your own voice, say:
"My voice will be my own voice").
This is what shall happen: (describe what will happen or think it in your head)."
4. If you have the story in your head, think about it. Hard. Say this spell:
"This story will happen. I know who I'll be. My fate will not affect my life, it will affect my dream. Let me feel the dream as if it is real, this is a dream to come true in dream."
Now think who you want to be. Think of everything I mentioned earlier. if there are a lot of people or you can't think of enough voices, or names, your dream will make them up for you.
5. This should hopefully work. You must believe. Hug your soft toy too. Think about the dream before you go to bed. Hope it works, I am going to try it. if you die in it but there is dialogue after you die, you will in effect, see it as a spectator. You will only experience pain in the dream if you choose to.
