Using the rusty nail or the rusty knife, inscribe your targets name and other identifying details on the candle.
Anoint the candle with the Black Arts oil.
At midnight, say:

Light the candle.

Spell: "Dragon come to me, join me, you will eat (choose up to 3 things it eats), you'll be a (choose element) and the colour of (choose color) so mote it be".

If you chose element of fire light a stick or fire and say spell. For air just deeply breathe. For water sip it as many times as possible during spell. Earth is hold dirt and say spell.

Then take object ex. glass and blow the candles flame down through the glass. Take the candle outside and bury it.

Do a relaxation ritual before this and clear your mind well. Concentrate on the spell not the joy afterwards.

Take the paper/parchment and draw a pentagram in the middle of it. Then draw a ying-yang symbol in the middle of it. Now write down your wish on the top of the sheet.

Then fold the sheet 2-3 times and seal it with your candle. Then burn it with the fire of candle you sealed it. While it turns into ashes, repeat your wish inside yourself or out loud. When it's all ash, sprinkle the ashes from a window or such.
