Use this guide to find what color candle you need that is related to your wish.
Light these candles in a star shape, with 1 white candle at the top, then the other 2 white candles at the bottom of the star. The 2 colored candles should be the middle prongs of the star. Place the plate or offering bowl in the center of these, and light the candles clockwise starting from the bottom left candle.
Write your wish on the piece of paper, with the pen. Try to keep the paper small since you will be burning it and burnt paper smells like your house is on fire.
After writing your wish, fold the paper up and hold it, concentrating and visualizing your wish coming true, and saying the following chant
''On this sheet my wish be told
No aspect of my heart withhold
For this I need quick fruition
So that my life may match my vision''
Then, light the paper on fire just for a bit, and either dunk it into the bowl of water to extinguish it, or drop it on the glass dish and pour salt on top of it to put the flame out. Alternately, you can just let it burn out on its own if you really want.
Endnotes:
It will help if you can have something to represent the other elements as well. A bowl of water, or an oil diffuser with oil/water for water, incense for air, salt or crystals for the earth, and the candles which are fire.
After the paper is burnt out you can do whatever with it, throw it out or bury it outside if you wish. Let the incense and oil diffuser if you started them finish burning/diffusing, the candles can be blown out and kept for another spell. The salt can be reused or thrown out whichever you prefer. If you would like you can meditate on the thought of your wish coming true as the incense and oil diffuser finish up.
This spell can heal any sickness with the use of water.

To make the holy water take the water and put your finger in it while you chant,"Lord of the Heavens, God of earth, water, fire, and air- bless this water with your healing powers and let it harm no body. Please take this water and touch it with with your holy hands, amen!". Then after you have the holy water take some and rub it on your head in a shape like a cross and chant,"O holy God cure my sickness and free this demon from my body, amen!". This should make you begin to feel better.
This spell will get you anything you desire. This may sound like a weird spell but it works!

On a full moon at midnight, go outside to the full moon and let it bathe you in its light. Then, lift you head and stare up at the moon while chanting...
''Moon, Moon, I call upon you,
Destroy (full name) I want him/her through,
Poison his/her soul, wither his/her mind,
Leave no part of him/her behind,
Let them cry and be in pain,
Let them lie and go insane
Make him/her think he/she is scum,
Make him/her wish death would come!''
Chant this two more times.
This person, after this curse is cast, will be in unbearable pain, mental and physical.
However, this curse will only last till the next full moon. During the next full moon you can renew this curse.

Take a black candle and place a picture of your enemy in front of it. Tilt the candle so that the wax drips upon the picture. Visualize the wax burning sores into their body. Recite the following three times:
"As I do this spell, bring my enemy three nights of hell. Candle black as night, bring him pains of flesh tonight. Lesions on his skin will grow. Afflict him with a painful blow! Sore and pain afflict him now. For three more nights he'll wonder how. Dukes of darkness, Kings of Hell, smite my enemy and bring him hell. When three nights have passed make him well, well at last".
After sitting and thinking about the sores that this will inflict upon the enemy and the pain he will suffer, you may extinguish the candle. After three nights have passed, tear up the photo and finish the ritual by saying:
"With three nights of pain endured, I lift this curse- rest assured. Darkness leave him, go away. The curse is lifted now, today!"
