Pour milk into a cup and leave it to stand in a cold room. Leave for 1 day.
Then once the milk has stood for a day warm it up slitly.
Put the salt, spice and sugar in to the bowl.
Then add in your blood to the sugar and salt and say:

"This blood thats mixed
with the sweet, spice and bitter
is the pure true.
The best blood out of the two."

Stir it while you say it.
Add in the blood of the person to be hurt and say:

"This blood thats mixed with the sweet bitter and best
is the hated out of the two,
let both blood combined to make (persons name)hurtfulness rest
kill their heart hopes dreams that will never come true."

Add the milk to the blood sugar spice and salt then mix together.
Then get a teaspoon of lemon jucie and every drop you put in say their name. Mix together and pour into a cup.

Get person to drink it. Within a few days they will get pains in their stomach and body.

Take the ribbon and wrap it around the picture over and over tighter and tighter until its at its end but while your wrapping say:

"I bind you ______ from doing harm againts others and harm againts yourself."

As many times as it takes to to wrap the ribbon around the picture.

Chant:

Choose a branch, preferably one of the size depicted. the branch can be of any tree, but you should do some research to find the one that would suit you best. remember to give the tree an offering.
