Take and cleanse a jam jar or box with a tight fitting lid. Write the problem on a slip of paper Pass it through the 4 Elements, and pop it in the jar, reciting the following spell. Leave the jar in the moonlight, but visible to yourself.
Each time the problem sneaks into your mind, think of the jar. You are only permitted to worry if you go and remove the lid and the slip of paper. Take the mirror, look into it and say, " All evil I banish you now into this mirror to get out you will not know how, I lock you in and throw out the key this is my will so mote it be." Now take the key and lock the mirror as if it were a jail cell and any time you feel sad angry or just need to wake up a little bit repeat this spell and store the negative energy in their (don't worry this isn't dangerous unless you UNLOCK the mirror if you do all of the negative energy will re-enter you except 3 times worst.)

Add the water and salt together.add small pieces of orange peel to it. Mix and strain the mixture with a cloth(old rags or clean clothes work)and put it into a container.

Rub your skin with the stone until your skin looks whiter and is smoother. Wrap the damp towel around the area and leave it to cool, but take it away before it gets cold.
Put some oil on the index finger of your right hand draw a pentacle on your skin. After this massage the oil all over the selected area.
Dry with the second towel and say ''Aphrodite, goddess of beauty, bless me with your courtious gift of soft skin and kind heart. So mote it be.''

First pour the water into the cup, filling it about just over half way.
Then add the teaspoon of salt into the cup and mix well until the salt has dissolved completely.
Then gargle again and again as many times as you can until the cup is empty.
To make this stronger you could experiment with other ingredients or say a simple spell before drinking it.
