Now, strictly speaking this isn't a "spell", but there is a poem or chant or prayer or whatever you want to call it in the Vampire Bible that seems to be one that is used to "request" a vampire's presence. I have not tried it out.

Those who are familiar with the story of the origin of vampires will recognize the importance of the moonlight goddess Selene in vampire history. She is considered the mother of all vampires, though technically she lived and died a virgin. It was her blood mixed with her husband Ambrogio's that gave him the power to create new life through his bite. Though her "children" never got to know her during her lifetime, they are regularly in touch with her in the form of the moonlight she shines down upon them each night.
It is no surprise then that Selene maintains a position of great reverence among all vampires. It is forbidden to speak ill of her, as she is considered both mother and guardian angel among all vampires.
I am often asked if there is any kind of magic spell to become a vampire. While I'll be the first to say that anything is possible, I have not in my work found any actual magic spell, nor anything that indicates that one exists. Vampires seem to be made strictly from one another, and you would need a "living" vampire's blood or saliva in order to become one.
That said, there may be something that, though not technically a spell, might have the same effect. There are several poems in the Vampire Bible that are dedicated to Selene, the vampire mother. It is a tradition to honor Selene with poems just as her true love Ambrogio did while she was still alive. Ambrogio's vampire love poems are the inspiration for this tradition, though many of the later poems are more about gratitude and worship than love.
One such poem in particular is particularly interesting because it appears to be a prayer to Selene asking for her specific assistance in becoming a vampire. It's not exactly a "spell", but it is a request to the vampire mother to send one of her "children" to the reader of the poem in order to be turned into a vampire. This makes much more sense than a magic spell and could possibly be one of the only ways to attract vampires to one's self.
The poem itself is in Latin, with a translation into English following. If anyone were going to use this as a sort of spell to become a vampire, it would be best to read aloud the Latin version I would think. Use at your own risk.
Ode To The Vampire Mother
"O dea tenebris mater immortalibus puer tuus fac me sicut renascentur mea lux vestra absorbere liceat mihi locus ad tenebras sicut ex utero immortales filios tuos in ulnis quibus invocaverit te frater. O lunae lumen puer tuus fac me sicut renascentur me duce tenebris sunt i ita erit renatus"

In this spell you will restart the plaque from the 13th century on Your enemy.It will not spread but only he/she will get it and no one will have a cure.

To get this started you must first meditate. Clear all the bad stuff out.If wanted take a nice bath with sented salts and dark red rose peddles. This will clear everything up. Next, around 9pm-4am go into Your room (make sure no one can disturb you).
Sit on Your bed facing south. Close you eyes and think of All the thing Your enemy did to you. Get angry. Then chant this: "You are the one who ruined me. You shall be stinged by 1000 bees. You shall get the nasty plaque. Your whole body shall turn black. You will pay. Now you'll pay. So mote it be!"
It does work cause I've done it and it worked and so did my friends and it worked perfectly for them.

First thing you do is you say this chant three times when its night.
"I wish to be a vampire. On this night, I wish to crave blood, to want to have blood,I can no longer walk into the sunlight if I am in the sunlight I burn and I can see smoke rising from my skin cause I'm burning in the sunlight. Whenever I see blood, the veins in my eyes appear and my eyes turn red and long pointy fangs appear. I have pale skin. I can compel people. That I shall be able to run super fast. I shall be able to hear things from far away. So Mote It Be."
Say it three times when its night and then you'll be a vampire instantly after yo udo this spell.

Why is it that some people can make friends as easily as blinking while others, try as they might, seem destined to a life of loneliness? Run a warm (not hot) bath, and drizzle some of the lavender oil into the water. Float the leaves into the bath and climb in. Breathe in through your nose and hold your breath for a count of seven. Breathe out through your mouth for a count of seven, and then seven more. When you breathe in visualize that your lungs are filling up with warm, golden light. As you breathe out, see your frustrations in your breath and watch your anger, pain and any other barriers between you and the rest of the world leave you.
Now, totally relaxed and at ease with yourself, visualize a spot of golden light above you. Watch it get bigger and bigger before it floats down and your body is enveloped in its warm glow. At this point, say the words that follow:
''I have my mark to make,
I have words to say.
Let others hear the words I speak.
And take self-doubt away.
And it harm none, so be it.''
Repeat the words six more times and when you feel ready, leave the bath and snuff out the candles in the usual way. Thread the oak leaves onto the thread, hold them up to the light and repeat the words one more time. Now fold the leaves into the envelope and put it in your handbag or wallet. Whenever you have a bad day, first thing on the following morning, heat the jasmine oil in the burner, relight the candles and hold the leaves up to the flames, repeating the words seven times in all. You can then face the new day with confidence.
When the leaves die, repeat the original spell and it won't be long before you are brimming with self-confidence and no longer have need of it.
If there is one or more people who Anger you and seem to throve off of your outbursts, this is perfect for you.

This spell is all about feeding off of someone's bad words, and using it against them. Whenever someone is either being mean, talking bad about you, yelling at you or angry at you, this is the time to feed off of their negative energy. Most likely this will make you Angry, and Anger is what you really need. But instead of exploding in their face, you need to tuck away this negative energy in a part of your soul where it still lives and powers you, but doesn't effect your emotions too much. You can try to conceal your angry by clenching your teeth, holding your breath, balling up your fists or biting your tongue or lip. You don't want it to be too noticeable, or else they will notice your up to something. The fact that you are not getting angry and that they thrive off of your angry, will only Anger them more and power you more. You can feed off of their negative energy now, by paying attention to their words. Instead of letting these words get to your head, soak up their negative energy. You want to feel their dark aura and absorb it untill they no longer have a reason to be angry, or the energy to do so. When they are still trying to make you angry, you can just smile to make them angry more, and feed you. Once they are no longer angry or they are to tired to be angry, feed your new power with your still existing anger. If you want to keep feeding your anger daily because you don't deal with these people, you can create an anger jar. Write down all of the mean and horrible things that people have done to you, and seal them in the jar. You can focus your energy on the inside of the jar and feed it with the dark aura and then seal the jar, so the negative energy will thrive in the jar. You can read and absorb the things in the jar everyday before you start the day, and fill it back up with negatives energy at the end of the day. keep feeding your negative energy each day untill you feel like your energy is about to tip over and spill all over the place. Now is the time to use your energy! While your opponent is yelling at you or Angering you, curl your fingers and imagine them filling up with black, dark negative energy. Imagine yourself being surrounded by a dark black negative aura and all of your energy going into you hands. Now point your hands at your opponent and flatten your hands out. Imagine all of this dark energy rushing to the person and breaking through their natural field. Imagine it damaging you enemy's soul and breaking their heart. Concentrate on pain and pretend like their burning up and dying. The effects fan vary from making them weak, to having nose bleeds and even passing out. Occasionally they could get sick and barf, but mortal pain is more likely. Once you see them in pain, absorb their negative energy and start building up your pot of black magic inside your soul to use against them again. Then you can just smile and walk away without saying anything. This could teach your enemy to fear you, for they had underestimated your power. If not, then you should try and build up your energy even more and feel more negative thoughts toward them. Practice makes perfect, and the more you dispose them the easier it will be to knock them down!
Take a white and black candle for balance. These will be the energies you are using and focusing on. Energies from the night and day. Use also a stone to bring about emotions for the energies to get into. Preferably an Amythest. Have also an herb you use for cleansing. Light both candles and sit the stone in between and your herb ready to ignite.

Next time you find yourself giving in to temptation (and let's face it we are all human) take the offending cigarette, drink or bun to somewhere you can shred it or pour it into a suitable container.
Take this to the flowerpot and plant or pour a tiny amount into the soil and say:
"Mother Earth, I bury this that you may
Give it new life, through decay.
And it harm none, so be it."
Breathe in the fragrance of the plant, thanking Mother Earth for her grace and dispose of the rest of the offending substance. Next time you are tempted, go to the pot and smell the plants, again thanking Mother Earth for her lovely fragrance
