First you must before you go to bed say " I wish I was a ghost" three times and then say " I would do my best to honor the gods and kings and help out I don't hurt anyone I want to be good a good little ghost" Then when you go to bed you get a message and say yes u will then be a ghost then all you have to do is go to ghost world and you will know what's going on

Carve at the top of your candle, your current weight. At the bottom, carve in the weight you'd like to be (realistically). Every night before you go to bed, light the candle for 15 minutes. As the candle wax melts down towards your goal weight, you will start to slim down.

So first go into your bathroom and lock the door. Turn the shower on and get in. Let the water run around you. Once you are completely covered in water chant:

Light the candle, close your eyes and visualize yourself as a mermaid. Take as long as you need, the longer the visual, the more effective the spell is!
