#1 - Protection

Basic shielding spell. By The Crimson
You may need:

    When using this spell I don't always use any vocalizations but if you feel the need to that is fine as well.

    Imagine a white light emitting from your body and drowning out all other light and darkness surrounding you. This white light should be blinding.

    Now lets focus the light a bit more. Imagine the light all condensing around you into a shell covering your body like a sheet.

    Focus on how impenetrable the sheet has become. Nothing can pierce it. On the inside of the shell focus on how peaceful things are and how blissful life is. Nothing but happiness and bliss should be inside the shield.

    The final step for this protection spell would be the rejection of all threats outside the shield. At this point you can also pray to any god or deity whom you worship for protections also.

    #2 - Psi Energy Ball

    Basic Energy Control
    You may need:

    Sit in a comfortable position.
    Relax your body and your mind.
    Hold your hands out in front of you facing each other like you were preparing to clap.
    Visualize a ball between your hands.
    This ball can be made of any substance you wish.
    Imagine this ball is heavy and slippery.
    Make sure to keep your hands relaxed at all times.
    Imagine the ball is slipping from your hands so mentally push against it hard and feel it on your hands.
    This can take some practice but using the visualization practices I will post it will be possible.
    Feel the ball expanding in your hands while you grasp it.
    If you are able to feel the energy which is the main goal of this exercise congratulations you made a psi ball.
