  • 1 white taper candle
  • pine oil
  • 1 lighter
  • 1 candle holder

    Put all of your ingredients in the center of your work space and cast a circle. rub the candle from the center out in a counterclockwise motion with the pine oil while visualizing all the negativity leaving your life. Set the candle on something safe (plate, holder etc.) and light it. Repeat these words or something similar that vibrates with you. While doing so visualize a bright white light coming down from the universe and filling you and your surroundings''
